Cheesy Meat Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 pound of minced meat
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced meat, salt, and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the garlic and tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked meat mixture, cheese, eggs, and flour. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
