Cheesy Meatball and Sausage Stew

Ingredients:

- 1 lb. meatballs
- 1 lb. sausages
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup goat's cheese, crumbled

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the meatballs, sausages, carrots, celery, and parsley and cook until the meatballs are lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

5. Add the goat's cheese and stir until melted.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
