Make Cheesy Mushroom and Garlic Tortilla Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups bread stuffing
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 tortillas
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and garlic, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes to cook the flour.
4. Slowly pour in 1 cup of water, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Add the bread stuffing and beans to the skillet, stirring to combine.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, stirring to mix everything together.
7. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and place it seam side down in a baking dish.
8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and mixture.
9. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the rolled tortillas.
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
