Cheesy Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients:

-1 lb. ground burger meat
-1/2 cup canned tomatoes, drained
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup mushrooms, diced
-1/4 cup bread crumbs
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground burger meat, canned tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

5. Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
