Cheesy Omelet
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 cup diced onion
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are almost set, about 3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the cheese, pepper, and tomatoes over the eggs and cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through, about 2 minutes.
5. Serve the omelet warm. Enjoy!
