Cheesy Onion and Garlic Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, and salt.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are set, about 3 minutes.
5. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
