Cheesy Onion and Tomato Omelette
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-1/4 cup grated cheese
-1/4 cup diced onion
-1/4 cup diced York
-1/4 cup diced tomato
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are light and fluffy.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and York and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
5. Cook until the eggs are set, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
