Cheesy Onion Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper until blended.
2. Heat butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add onions and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Pour in egg mixture and cook until edges begin to set, about 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cheese over the top and cook until eggs are cooked through and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
6. Fold omelette in half and cook for an additional minute.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
