Cheesy Onion Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of wheat

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Add the cooked rice, salt, and wheat and mix together.

4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and cover the skillet.

6. Cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked through.

7. Serve hot and enjoy!
