Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, black pepper, and salt.
3. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to make a pocket in each chicken breast.
