Cheesy Pork and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 4 slices of bread, cubed

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until fully cooked.

3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink.

4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the cooked pork and chicken in an even layer.

5. Pour the pasta sauce over the pork and chicken and spread it evenly.

6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta sauce.

7. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and cottage cheese.

8. Spread the sour cream and cottage cheese mixture over the cheese.

9. Sprinkle the shredded lettuce over the sour cream and cottage cheese.

10. Top the casserole with the cubed bread.

11. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

12. Serve and enjoy!
