Cheesy Pork Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground pork
-1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
-4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
-1 jar of pasta sauce
-4 slices of bread, cubed
-1 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground pork until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.

3. Add chopped lettuce and chicken cubes to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the pasta sauce evenly over the bottom.

5. Top with the pork and chicken mixture, followed by the cubed bread.

6. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Spread this mixture over the top of the casserole.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
