Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- Salt
- Black pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper on all sides.
3. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
4. Bake the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. While the pork is baking, cook the rice according to package instructions.
6. In a separate pan, sauté the chopped broccoli with a little oil until tender.
7. In a bowl, combine the diced mango and avocado. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Once the pork is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
