Make Cheesy Potato and Corn Pasta
Recipe Name: Cheesy Potato and Corn Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 2 cups of pasta
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil a pot of water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes until they are fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and add the cooked potatoes and corn kernels. Cook for about 5 minutes until the corn is tender.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
