Cheesy Potato and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, potatoes, onion, and cheese.

4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

6. Add the milk and stir until combined.

7. Pour the milk mixture over the casserole and season with salt and pepper.

8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
