Cheesy Potato and Tomato Grilled Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese
1/2 cup of cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
Instructions:
1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Place the bread slices on the skillet and top each slice with a slice of cheese.
3. Top one slice of bread with the diced potatoes and the other slice with the diced tomatoes.
4. Place the slices together to form a sandwich and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
5. Flip the sandwich and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
