Cheesy Potato Bake
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Place the potato slices in the baking dish in an even layer.
4. Sprinkle the diced onion over the potatoes.
5. Pour the milk over the potatoes and onions.
6. Pour the tomato sauce over the top of the potatoes and onions.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
