Recipe Name: Cheesy Potato Bake

Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Layer half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish, followed by half of the sliced onions and tomatoes.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the vegetables and then layer half of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Repeat the layering process with the remaining potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and cheese.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Allow the Cheesy Potato Bake to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy this delicious and comforting dish as a side or main course!
