Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup of cheese, shredded
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups of pasta, cooked
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they are slightly tender.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed onion, and potatoes.
5. Add half of the shredded cheese to the mixture and stir well to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
