Cheesy Potato Yogurt Bake
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
3. Place the cubed potatoes in the baking dish and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Dot the potatoes with the butter.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
6. Remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the potatoes.
7. Spread the yogurt over the cheese.
8. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
