Make Cheesy Puffed Rice



Cheesy Puffed Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add the diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the puffed rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Add the grated cheese and stir to combine.

7. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
