Recipe Name: Cheesy Rice and Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
- 130g rice
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cooked rice, kidney beans, peas, and half of the shredded cheese.
4. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
