Recipe Name: Cheesy Rice and Egg Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked couscous
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add cooked rice, couscous, and quinoa to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
4. Season with salt to taste and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty side.
6. Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix them into the rice mixture.
7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
8. Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat.
9. Serve the cheesy rice and egg mixture in bowls, and top with diced tomatoes and cucumbers.
