Recipe Name: Cheesy Rice and Egg Tortilla

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup of cooked pasta
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup of cooked meat or canned tuna
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup of diced squash
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 slices of ham
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in half of the grated cheese. Set aside.
3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the diced tomato, cooked pasta, cooked meat or tuna, and diced squash to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
5. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the vegetable mixture in the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked.
6. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
7. Place a slice of ham on each tortilla, then spoon the rice and egg mixture on top.
8. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top of each tortilla.
9. Drizzle lime juice over the tortillas and season with salt, hot sauce, and pepper to taste.
