Make Cheesy Rice and Egg Tortilla Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt, to taste
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup cooked meat (such as chicken or beef)
- 1 can tuna, drained
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup squash, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 slices ham
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the shredded cheese. Set aside.
4. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add the diced tomato and cook until softened.
5. Season with salt and add the cooked pasta, meat, and tuna. Stir to combine.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the lime juice with the diced squash.
7. In a baking dish, layer the tortillas at the bottom. Spread the cooked rice over the tortillas.
8. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the rice layer.
9. Top with the meat and vegetable mixture, followed by the squash and lime mixture.
10. Dot the top with butter and pour the milk over the casserole.
11. Lay the ham slices over the top and season with hot sauce and pepper.
12. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
13. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
