Recipe Name: Cheesy Rice Omelette

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- Grapes and watermelon slices for garnish
- Water for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with a pinch of salt.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little water to prevent sticking.
3. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
5. Pour the beaten eggs over the rice mixture and swirl the pan to spread the eggs evenly.
6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the omelette.
7. Cover the skillet and let the omelette cook for a few minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
8. Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula.
9. Transfer the omelette to a plate and garnish with diced tomatoes, grapes, and watermelon slices.
