Make Cheesy Ricotta Pasta with Zucchini

Recipe: Cheesy Ricotta Pasta with Zucchini

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup grated Comté cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Saute until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked pasta and ricotta cheese. Mix well until the ricotta is evenly distributed.
5. Add the grated Comté cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
