Recipe: Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 6 sausages
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup rice

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Gradually add milk and eggs, whisking until smooth batter forms.
3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add sausages to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
6. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds. Stuff each pepper with cooked rice, sausage mixture, and grated cheese.
7. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
8. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with black pepper. Pour over the stuffed peppers.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
