Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite cheese)
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a fork or whisk.
2. Add a pinch of salt to the beaten eggs and mix it in.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook for a minute without stirring.
5. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs, pushing them from the edges towards the center.
6. Continue to stir the eggs until they are mostly set but still slightly runny.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs and gently fold it in until melted.
8. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the eggs rest for a minute.
