Cheesy Spaghetti with Meat
Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
4. Add the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir to combine.
7. Sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top and stir to combine.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
