Recipe Name: Cheesy Spinach and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 cup noodles
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the shredded cheese, pepper, and minced garlic. Set aside.
3. In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add in the diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
5. Add the cooked pasta, rice, noodles, and kidney beans to the skillet. Mix well.
6. Stir in the spinach and pesto until the spinach wilts.
7. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the pasta and stir continuously until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is melted.
8. Squeeze the lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt to taste.
