Recipe Name: Cheesy Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 100g of cheese, grated
- Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Set aside.
3. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the garlic, onion, and black pepper until fragrant.
4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sautéed garlic, onion, and black pepper.
5. Stir in the grated cheese and season with salt.
6. Stuff each tomato with the egg and cheese mixture.
7. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve the cheesy stuffed tomatoes on a bed of lettuce leaves.
