Cheesy Tomato Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook until the edges begin to set.
4. Sprinkle the cheese, tomato, and parsley over the top of the eggs.
5. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
