Cheesy Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 lb. of your favorite pasta
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-1/4 cup olive oil
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-2 cups diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Add the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
6. Add the basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
