Make Cheesy Tomato Rice

Recipe Name: Cheesy Tomato Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water

Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cloves, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the pot and cook until they start to soften.
4. Add the rice to the pot and stir to combine with the onion and tomato mixture.
5. Pour in enough water to cover the rice by about an inch. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked through.
7. Once the rice is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it melts and coats the rice.
8. Serve the cheesy tomato rice hot as a delicious and comforting meal. Enjoy!
