Recipe Name: Cheesy Tomato Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of cheese (shredded)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of pasta

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice and pasta separately according to package instructions. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
5. Mix the cooked rice and pasta into the skillet with the vegetables and eggs.
6. Add the shredded cheese and stir everything together until the cheese is melted and well combined.
7. Season with salt to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your Cheesy Tomato Rice!
