Cheesy Tomato Rice and Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked pasta
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
2. Add the tomato and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice, eggs, cheese, and salt. Stir to combine.
4. Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
