Ingredients:
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup of pasta
- 1 cup of sauce
- 1 cake

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
4. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
5. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
6. Stir in the cooked rice, pasta, and sauce until well combined.
7. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the mixture and mix well.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Serve hot with a slice of cake for dessert.
