Recipe Name: Cheesy Turmeric Spaghetti Bake

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 slices sourdough bread, crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup white sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the garam masala, curd, cooked rice, and turmeric. Mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled sourdough bread with the grated cheddar cheese.
5. In a saucepan, heat the white sauce over low heat.
6. In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti at the bottom.
7. Spread the curd and rice mixture over the spaghetti.
8. Top with the remaining spaghetti.
9. Pour the heated white sauce over the spaghetti.
10. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and sourdough bread mixture on top.
11. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
