Recipe Name: Cheesy Vegetable Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, diced tomato, grated cheese, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
2. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, grated zucchini, sour cream, and chopped green onions to the bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetable mixture and mix until well incorporated.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
5. Spoon the vegetable mixture onto the skillet to form pancakes. Flatten them slightly with a spatula.
6. Cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve the cheesy vegetable pancakes hot with a drizzle of soy sauce on top.
