Recipe Name: Cheesy Vegetable Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pasta
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomato, shredded cheese, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and add it to the bowl with the tomato and cheese mixture.
5. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and diced zucchini to the bowl and mix everything together.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, chopped green onions, flour, and soy sauce until well combined.
7. Add the sour cream mixture to the vegetable and pasta mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
