Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup diced red peppers
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 4 buns, sliced
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the diced onion, cooked rice, shredded cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, peas, diced red peppers, cream, and cooked pasta until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
5. Arrange the sliced buns on top of the mixture.
6. Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
