Make Cherry Tomato and Basil Linguine
Cherry Tomato and Basil Linguine
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. linguine
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Add the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
