Cherry Tomato, Basil and Paneer Focaccia

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
- 1 focaccia bread
- 1/2 cup babycorn, chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, cheese, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.

3. Spread the mixture onto the focaccia bread.

4. Sprinkle the crumbled paneer, babycorn, and capsicum over the top.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and focaccia is golden brown.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
