Cherry Vodka Duck Pasta
Ingredients:
-1 lb of pasta of your choice
-1 duck, cut into small cubes
-1/2 cup of vodka
-1/2 cup of cherries, pitted and halved
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the duck cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cherries, vodka, and cumin to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the Cherry Vodka Duck Pasta warm. Enjoy!
