Recipe Name: Chhole Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Chhole (cooked chickpeas in a spicy tomato-based gravy)
- 1 Potato, boiled and diced
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Step by Step Guide:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and keep it aside.
2. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the boiled and diced potato to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the potato is slightly crispy.
4. Pour in the cooked chhole along with its gravy into the pan and mix well with the potato mixture.
5. In a separate small saucepan, heat the milk and gradually whisk in the chickpea flour to make a smooth paste. Cook this mixture until it thickens to make a creamy sauce.
6. Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top it with the chhole and potato mixture, and drizzle the creamy chickpea flour sauce on top.
7. Garnish with some fresh coriander leaves and enjoy your delicious Chhole Rice Bowl!
