Make Chia and Flaxseed Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds and ground flaxseed.
2. Add almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
3. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
5. Stir the pudding before serving and add fresh fruits on top if desired.
