Make Chia Pudding

Recipe Name: Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping (optional)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then give it another good stir. This will prevent clumping of the chia seeds.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a thick, pudding-like consistency.

4. After the chia pudding has set, give it a final stir to break up any clumps that may have formed. If the pudding seems too thick, you can add a splash of milk to achieve your desired consistency.

5. Serve the chia pudding in individual bowls or jars. Top with your favorite fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for added texture and flavor.

6. Enjoy the chia pudding immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. The pudding will continue to thicken as it sits, so you may need to add a bit more milk when serving leftovers.

Note: Feel free to customize your chia pudding by adding different flavors such as cocoa powder, cinnamon, or matcha powder. You can also experiment with different toppings like shredded coconut, chocolate chips, or nut butter.
