Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well to combine.
5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
