Chicken and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ketchup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter and oil.
2. Add the bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the bacon and set aside.
4. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the eggs until they are cooked through, about 3 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, toast the bread.
7. Once the eggs are cooked, assemble the sandwich.
8. Place the bacon, eggs, ham, and cheese on one slice of toast and top with the other slice.
9. Serve with ketchup, if desired. Enjoy!
